Sportmaster E-commerce

The Product
Sportmaster.ru is an e-commerce project, a multi-category, multi-brand retailer of sports and outdoor apparel, footwear and equipment . Today, Sportmaster operates in Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, Russia and has branch offices in China, Bangladesh and Vietnam.

The Challenge
One of the main challenges I faced was delivering weekly website updates that needed to engage over a million visitors while staying on brand and ensuring a seamless user experience. The fast turnaround and scale meant I had to be highly organized, responsive to feedback, and comfortable working collaboratively with developers and other teams.


The Process
With understanding the project requirements and user needs, then designing landing pages, email layouts, and mobile interfaces in line with company guidelines, I made it a priority to communicate closely with front-end developers to guarantee the designs were implemented accurately and efficiently. With every project, I aimed to balance creativity with usability, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to iterate quickly and deliver polished assets. 
The Result
A consistent flow of fresh, user-friendly content that kept the website dynamic and engaging for millions of visitors each week. My work helped improve both the look and performance of Sportmaster’s digital platforms, ensuring users had a smooth and visually appealing experience every time they visited.
